WORKSHOP

Join me in a 2 hour workshop of gentle movement and restorative yoga postures. Once a month in Ananda Centre, Slane  and Devon Holistic Centre, Galway.

Each workshop will involve gentle movement to prepare the body for holding supported postures for 5-20 minutes. Each supported posture helps to slow down the nervous system thus allowing for full relaxation and stress release.

These workshops are suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Beginners are welcome.
